We are committed to supporting all doctors across our hospital sites with an allocated study leave allowance. Doctors at UHB can utilise study leave to take time off from their regular duties to engage in educational activities.
This allows doctors to participate in formal learning that meets the requirements of their training curriculum and/or personalised training objectives. Activities during study leave can include attending courses or workshops, conducting research, teaching, taking examinations, and attending professional conferences.
