Clinical Educators

Our SNAs will be supported by a team of clinical educators from varied nursing backgrounds during their two-year apprenticeship programme.

All SNAs will be allocated a clinical educator for direct support throughout their individual training journey-this will include both clinical and pastoral support to ensure that our SNAs are gaining the skills and experience according to our apprenticeship requirements.

We have designated clinical educators supporting our SNA placements, Induction & Transition and NA-RN top-up programmes.
