Our current coaching service covers staff in bands 2-4 but for those at higher pay bands, there is extra support offered below.
To ensure colleagues have access to the most relevant support, staff in Bands 2–4 can access internal coaching through Healthcare Careers and Development (HCCD), where tailored guidance is available to help navigate your career journey.

- Interview preparation – learn frameworks and build confidence
- Career development – explore transferable skills and growth opportunities

Staff in bands 5 and above are encouraged to explore the excellent coaching resources offered by NHS Elect, which provides a wide range of support designed to meet the needs of professionals across the NHS.
