School of Nursing, AHPs and Midwifery: belong, grow, contribute

We aim to offer learners exciting opportunities for growth and development. Our focus is on giving a supportive and collaborative environment for all. We want all our learners, whether they are undergraduate students or employees, to feel the same sense support and belonging.

The School of Nursing, AHPs and Midwifery would like to develop an exciting, high-quality learning environment for students. The aim is to set up new, creative models of interdisciplinary clinical learning and teaching.

Clinical induction

All patient-facing, non-medical practitioners in bands 2 to 8a must attend clinical induction when they begin working at University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB).

You may be seen quicker elsewhere for health concerns that are not life-threatening. To help you make the best choice on accessing healthcare, see the alternative options.
