Temporary measures for homeworking may be necessary during adverse or major incidents. Such measures will be agreed between the member of staff and managers.

Managers may in certain circumstances identify and prioritise roles for homeworking as part of incident response plans or business continuity planning.

Staff working from home during adverse or major incidents must be available to return to a UHB site at any time during normal working hours.
