- It enables a member of staff to improve their work-life balance through a reduced commute and greater flexibility in working times and patterns to accommodate combining work and domestic arrangement
- Support staff to work more productively through reduction in distractions and increased autonomy over work,
- It meets the Trusts commitment to equal opportunities and inclusion e.g. supporting an individual with a disability, enabling parents to return to work;
- It can enable the broadening of the traditional recruitment market, helping to attract talent and recruit to hard to fill vacancies
- It can help the Trust to meet environmental and space considerations and reduce congestion on Trust sites
