Leavers and exit process
UHB is committed to retaining staff and ensuring a great working environment for everyone. However, we recognise that at times and for a variety of reasons, staff will leave the Trust.
A well-managed leaving process helps to ensure that the transition is as smooth and stress-free as possible for all parties.
