Before completing the online flexible working request form, please consider if it will be beneficial to discuss flexible working with your manager first.

Early discussion, in advance the online form, allows both parties to informally explore appropriate flexible working arrangements and consider initial flexible working options.

If a flexible working request can be agreed during an informal discussion, your line manager will need to complete the following online form as well as any additional steps required due to the arrangement.
